The Deviant Motorcycle Jacket from Double Helix is this Japanese brand's answer to a modernized asymmetrical motorcycle jacket.  We've expanded our Double Helix offerings to include an exclusive natural indigo dyed horsehide double rider style leather jacket in a perfectly minimized design with no epaulets or belt, resulting in a streamlined, easy-to-wear moto made from top-of-the-line Japanese horsehide leather in dark indigo that will fade over time with age and wear. To hell with a perfect reproduction of jackets from days gone by, this is the stripped down, easy to wear leather jacket you've been dreamin' bout.  Model is 5'9," 165 lbs wearing size 40/ Medium. 

About Indigo Dyed Horsehide

Double Helix developed a natural indigo horsehide in 2018 after more than a year of development.  This proprietary indigo dyeing method was born from creativity and enthusiasm of the endless possibilities with this leather and inspired by a love of natural indigo dyed denim.  This unique leather is repeatedly washed until the tea color turns white, then it goes through a natural indigo dyeing process that results in a beautiful deep blue.  Over time, you'll experience fading as the underlying white tones gradually show through, much like with denim.

-Made of 1.3-1.5mm horsehide sourced from Poland

-Vegetable tanned in Japan using environmentally friendly solvents in a proprietary process that surpasses the highest standard PFI benchmark testing 

-1.3-1.5mm thickness; Full aniline finish; Natural indigo dyed 

-Minimal double rider silhouette w/ no belt or epaulets

-Bi-swing "action back" for ease of movement

-Nickel and brass hardware throughout
