How We Measure

Bottoms

WAIST: Pull the front of the pants up so it lines up evenly with the back. Measure straight across the waist. It is VERY important to be sure to pull the front completely up in line with the back, or else it will result in a smaller waist measurement, which is not the true accurate measurement.

FRONT RISE: Measure from the center of the crotch to the top of the waist.

BACK RISE: On the back, measure from the top of the waist to the center of the crotch.

UPPER THIGH: Start 1″ down from the crotch, measure straight across the thigh.

KNEE: Start 13″ down from the crotch, measure straight across the knee.

LEG OPENING: Measure across the very bottom of the leg at the opening.

INSEAM: Measure from the crotch to the end of the leg.

FRONT LENGTH: Measure from the top seam near the collar to the bottom of the shirt.

The Gritty Jackson Dry Maze Selvage in Indigo from Nudie Jeans is a mid/high rise slim/straight with slight taper indigo jean made from 14.25oz organic Turkish rigid selvedge denim. This mid weight sanforized denim features a smooth, flat dark indigo saturated appearance when new and fades to brighter blues and whites with wear. This is a great fitting, easy to break in, and fast fading premium jean that's comfortable off the shelf and ages beautifully.  Model is 5'10," 175 lbs wearing size 30.
