How We Measure

Bottoms

WAIST: Pull the front of the pants up so it lines up evenly with the back. Measure straight across the waist. It is VERY important to be sure to pull the front completely up in line with the back, or else it will result in a smaller waist measurement, which is not the true accurate measurement.

FRONT RISE: Measure from the center of the crotch to the top of the waist.

BACK RISE: On the back, measure from the top of the waist to the center of the crotch.

UPPER THIGH: Start 1″ down from the crotch, measure straight across the thigh.

KNEE: Start 13″ down from the crotch, measure straight across the knee.

LEG OPENING: Measure across the very bottom of the leg at the opening.

INSEAM: Measure from the crotch to the end of the leg.

FRONT LENGTH: Measure from the top seam near the collar to the bottom of the shirt.

The Iron Heart 12oz Wabash Chore Jacket in Black is a medium weight cotton jacket inspired by vintage workwear in a modern fit using proprietary wabash fabric made in Japan.  This versatile casual jacket is suitable for all-season wear--layered over warmer pieces in colder months or with a tee in warmer weather.  We love Iron Heart's black wabash fabric as it softens and fades with wear over time, and the brass snaps add a modern edge to this classic jacket.  Model is 6'0," 170 lbs wearing size Medium.
