RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 7 calendar days from time of delivery to request a return. Returned purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange only. You are responsible for shipping back your item(s). We do not cover return shipping costs. We highly recommend you use Pirate Ship for the best rates. The following items are not eligible for return: final sale items, hemmed/altered items, worn or used items, custom orders. Read more about item eligibility.

LOG IN

  • Click the "Returns" button below.
  • Enter the email address you used to checkout with and click "Continue".
  • Check your email for a six-digit code from SOP.
  • Go back to the store and enter this code.

Request a Return

  • Select the order you want to return.
  • If you bought more than one item, choose which ones to return.
  • Pick a reason for the return and write a note if needed.
  • Click "Request return".

WAIT FOR APPROVAL

We will review your request. If approved, you'll get an email with instructions on how to proceed. Please allow 3 business days for review.

SEND BACK THE ITEM(S)

Follow the instructions in the email to return the item. After we receive the item(s) we will start your exchange or credit.

We can generally special order items that are sold out. Email us—we’ll get you sorted.
