HOLIDAY SEASON RETURNS
- Deadline for purchases made during Black Friday/Cyber Monday extended to January 5th
- Deadline for purchases made December 3–31 extended to January 31st
- To make a return on an eligible item, please email info@snakeoilprovisions.com
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return
- All returns must be in exact condition it was received in—brand new, unworn condition with original tags attached and free of pet hair, odors, excessive wrinkling or anything else that makes item not re-sellable as new. Footwear must be double boxed (i.e. do not use shoe box as shipping box for footwear). Items not returned in new condition are subject to restocking fee or may be returned to sender.
ORDER CANCELLATION REMINDER
We are not able to cancel orders once placed.
REFUNDS REMINDER
We have never offered refunds & require customer acknowledgement of our store policies at time of checkout.
