Returns & Exchanges

⚡️ Returned purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange only. ⚡️

1. Get in touch

To find out if a purchase is eligible for return/exchange, please contact customer care at within five (5) business days of delivery. Final Sale items are not eligible for store credit, refund, or exchange.

2. Fill out the form

Complete the Return Authorization (RA) form that was included with your order. If you can't find it, you can download a copy. Type in your answers and email it to, or print it out and send it with your order. No form, no return.

3. PACKAGE with care

Item must be in new, unworn, unwashed, un-altered (pre-shipped) condition. Original tags must be attached. Shoes must be in original box with original packaging and tags attached. Receipt must be included with return. Don't forget the RA form.

4. Ship It Back

All approved returns/exchanges must be shipped back within five (5) business days of receipt and include a completed RA form. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or for compensation of items lost or damaged in return shipping.
