1. Get in touch
To find out if a purchase is eligible for return/exchange, please contact customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org within five (5) business days of delivery. Final Sale items are not eligible for store credit, refund, or exchange.
3. PACKAGE with care
Item must be in new, unworn, unwashed, un-altered (pre-shipped) condition. Original tags must be attached. Shoes must be in original box with original packaging and tags attached. Receipt must be included with return. Don't forget the RA form.
4. Ship It Back
All approved returns/exchanges must be shipped back within five (5) business days of receipt and include a completed RA form. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or for compensation of items lost or damaged in return shipping.
