Bottoms

WAIST: Pull the front of the pants up so it lines up evenly with the back. Measure straight across the waist. It is VERY important to be sure to pull the front completely up in line with the back, or else it will result in a smaller waist measurement, which is not the true accurate measurement.

FRONT RISE: Measure from the center of the crotch to the top of the waist.

BACK RISE: On the back, measure from the top of the waist to the center of the crotch.

UPPER THIGH: Start 1″ down from the crotch, measure straight across the thigh.

KNEE: Start 13″ down from the crotch, measure straight across the knee.

LEG OPENING: Measure across the very bottom of the leg at the opening.

INSEAM: Measure from the crotch to the end of the leg.

FRONT LENGTH: Measure from the top seam near the collar to the bottom of the shirt.

The Iron Heart Sashiko Work Shirt in Indigo is a modern tailored fitting workshirt made from heavyweight cotton jacquard cloth with sashiko stitching, custom woven in Japan for Iron Heart. An ancient and traditional form of embroidery, sashiko has been more prominently featured in workwear inspired brands in recent years for its beautiful textured appearance, comfortable and breathable weave, and the dynamic fading that makes the stitch patterns become more pronounced with time. This unique indigo dyed fabric is made on a jacquard loom to weave sashiko-style stitching to be woven directly into the fabric during the weaving process. Model is 5'10," 180 lbs wearing size Large.
